Hearts come home

Heartsville…My life, and where I live depends on where my heart is, and my heart is secure in the Lord Jesus Christ.  Changes these last years have been more than  enough, and I've been stretched... but I am SO trusting the Lord with all the 'next things'.  He is able to take me forward to wherever He is  calling me.
For some background...Like many others, I have experienced a season of loss.  Family members have gone 'ahead',  homes have transitioned to others  and I'm settled into a new place.   A new home is an exciting venture...but this one has been a needy little place!
This is the outbuilding.  Hence, we've called  our home RedBarn.

Think the outside space has potentional?   (Windowbox pic taken last summer)
The inside has MUCH MORE potential!
We've replaced many mechanicals and are in midst of some modest updating (read: how cheap is too cheap?).    Truly dingy wallpaper had to go (and I LOVE wallpaper).  Paint, and minimum redo's have been the norm.
Hoping to finish this room soon, and several others with  'cosmetics-only' later this year.

Weather here? Still winter.
Lots of potted bulbs waiting in the
Barn  and garage.  Planted tubs and pots last fall.
Brought a couple containers into an unheated room. They are doing well.
Less than a month til spring, but these weeks we are all SO ready!
I usually pot-up some tulips, daffodils and hyacinths in the fall, then set them to chill.
An unheated space is required. Temps need to be cold (40's good), but not freezing.
There is an 'cold room' here, think for veg and apples originally? so that works.
This past Oct. I also potted up bulbs, covered them with wire mesh, then newspaper, and
set them on shelves in the barn.
They are nicely sprouted, and will post a pic soon.  Will need to move them to light, and water them  in about a month?
Was thinking I could sell them out front the week before Easter.

Looks like a cold weekend.  Good thing, we need to stay inside and work on that Livingroom!
